‘Defining Contemporary Art’ is a 500 page anthology for Phaidon, the world’s leading arts publisher. It chronicles the evolution of art over the last 25 years and features 200 pivotal works by artists including Gerhard Richter, Jeff Koons and Damien Hirst. The visual theme of the publication is coordinated by complementing colours and a modular ‘pin-point’ typeface, used playfully on the cover and throughout on chapter dividers.
